Most electronics "startups" are decks. InScope is a company. It was compounded out of a platform that already ran 1,500 Fortune-500 businesses, a scaling playbook that already worked, and a team stitched together from the best product houses in the industry.

Idea

2012 — 2023

The beginning was not a pitch. It was two businesses that already worked.

In 2012, BizGaze was founded as an enterprise automation platform. By 2023 it was deployed across 1,500+ businesses including Fortune-500s. In parallel, a separate technology business scaled from ₹5 Cr to ₹200 Cr. Meanwhile the Indian state was rewriting its electronics policy: PPO Class 1, STQC certification, PLI, the Phased Manufacturing Programme. A platform, a proven playbook, and a policy wind blowing in one direction. The thesis wrote itself.

Design

2023 — 2024

We didn't start with a factory. We started with a studio.

The hardest thing to buy in Indian electronics is not capital — it's talent. Over twelve months we assembled a team that on paper looks impossible: Samsung, OnePlus and Dixon for design, Intel for enterprise, IBM for hardware sales, Jio for AI, an ex-JBL engineer for audio, Cristone for IP strategy. The Srilin R&D MOU brought an engineering lab online at zero capex. Twelve product lines emerged across three verticals — all under one brand.

InScope operates from an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified EMS facility at E-City EMC, Hyderabad — Class 100000 cleanroom, 70,000+ units per month baseline capacity and further scalable on demand through VVDN, Keynes, Srilin and Krypton. BizGaze is live across procurement, production, CRM, distribution, service and MIS — from purchase order one. Commercial production commences within thirty days of go-live.

No other Indian electronics startup at this stage has a Chief Design Officer from OnePlus, Samsung and Dixon; an Enterprise Head from Intel; an AI Consultant from Jio; and a CEO who built a 1,500-client automation platform — all working on the same project. Talent is the hardest moat to replicate.

Baseline capacity is 70,000+ units per month — and scales further on demand through VVDN, Keynes, Srilin and Krypton.
